In the off season we offer Owl's Nest on a weekend basis as well.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.Off season weekend rates.....$450, each additional day....$150.00
Off season weekly rates .............................................$1200.00Christmas week, Sat. Dec. 20- Dec 26.....$2000.00
New Years Week, Sat Dec 26-Jan 2..........$1500.00
Will be available for the week of Christmas, Completely decked out for Christmas, you only need to bring your gifts and food.
Who cleans the cottage?
Cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is the responsibility of the renter(s) to ensure the property is left clean and tidy for the next guests arrival. Cleaning supplies are provided for you. The house must be left in the condition in which it was found. All garbage must be disposed of as set out in the Departure list for the property. Deductions from your security deposit result if this cleaning policy is not adhered to.
No loud parties or noise after 10:30 pm.
